A heart’s a heavy burden, but we try to lighten it up in this episode! We start off our Fandom rotation with a look at Studio Ghibli, the creators of some of the most renowned animated films from Japan including Spirited Away, Princess Mononoke, and The Tale of Princess Kaguya. We talk about the origins of Studio Ghibli, try to persuade Scoob to watch at least ten of them, and realize that the entirety of the collection is one big cry fest. This episode is dedicated to Isao Takahata, one of the founders and directors of Studio Ghibli, who recently passed away.
